These terms govern the utilization of continuous optimization analytics and data lifecycle management systems provided by XyphoraLoop. By accessing XyphoraLoop.digital, you accept these operational protocols in full.
Scope Summary
Consultation is advisory. All architectural recommendations are contingent on the integrity of the client-provided data stream.

XyphoraLoop provides high-specialization data lifecycle audits. While our optimization methodology is designed for rigorous analytical efficiency, results are fundamentally dependent on infrastructure constraints and hardware variables. We do not provide raw hardware installation or third-party software licensing as part of our core website offerings.
Educational materials, including the Real-time Optimization Education curriculum, are provided as intellectual frameworks. Team implementation of these frameworks remains the sole responsibility of the client entity.

Unless otherwise stated, XyphoraLoop and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on XyphoraLoop.digital. All rights are reserved. You may access this for your own professional use subject to restrictions set in these terms.
- / Redistribution of internal methodology logs is prohibited.
- / Sublicensing of the Loop Framework educational assets requires explicit written consent.
- / Replication of analytical reporting standards for commercial resale is restricted.

Our Verification Standards ensure that all analytics processed through our systems are checked for systemic bias and logic loops. We maintain extreme transparency in our reporting, providing the technical basis for every suggested optimization increment.

Lifecycle Management
Verification
Users are required to ensure the accuracy of all data ingested into the XyphoraLoop audit tools. We operate on a recursive feedback loop; inaccurate baseline mapping leads to decayed optimization targets.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XyphoraLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We prioritize technical efficiency over aesthetic abstraction. However, optimization results vary by hardware and cloud stack. XyphoraLoop does not claim specific energy savings percentages without a direct, on-site infrastructure audit.
In no event shall the total liability of XyphoraLoop for all claims concerning the services exceed the amount paid by you to XyphoraLoop for the specific consulting phase in question during the 12 months prior to the claim.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of South Korea. Our primary objective is resolution via direct methodology review before legal escalation.
